¿Cuánto tiempo tengo acceso a la plataforma y sus recursos?

  • Vigencia con duración de 1 año por servicio formativo adquirido, tomando como periodo de inicio a la fecha de compra.

  • Vigencia con duración de 1 año por servicio formativo adquirido, tomando como periodo de inicio a la fecha de compra.
  • Todos los recursos descargables de los módulos se actualizan de manera constante, por lo que es importante asistir a las actualizaciones que I & R Consultores invita, para comprender los cambios gestionados.
  • Para efectos de las grabaciones, al ser un servicio en vivo estas son actualizadas constantemente, por lo que es importante descargar la grabación de tu grupo para consultas posteriores.

¿Cómo obtengo mi constancia y/o diplomas?

Para obtener Constancias de Habilidades de los módulos con registro ante la Secretaria del Trabajo y Previsión Social es importante cumplir con los siguientes requisitos.

  1. Comprobar la adquisición de habilidades requeridas por el módulo mediante el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de evidencias / tareas / proyectos construida durante el periodo de las sesiones en vivo.
  2. Contar con los datos del participante correcto y actualizado.
  3. Las constancias se entregan vía mail en formato PDF.
  4. Para constancias físicas el participante absorbe un costo por envio (consultar disponibilidad).
Para participantes que no cumplan con cualquiera de los requisitos recibirán únicamente su reconocimiento de conclusión del módulo adquirido por parte de I & R Consultores.

Quiero implementarlo en mi negocio ¿Tengo ayuda?

Al adquirir nuestros módulos formativos activas el seguimiento con el instructor durante un periodo de 30 días posteriores a la fecha de finalización del curso. En este periodo el instructor orienta las implementaciones del tema en forma directa con el participante.

¿Cómo resuelve mis dudas el instructor?

Sesión de resolución de dudas Puedes ingresar a las sesión en vivo para la resolución de dudas, estas se programan el ultimo lunes de cada mes. El acceso y fechas para la sesión de resolución de duras se encuentra en tú aula virtual de Costeo del menú. Consultas en nuestro grupo privado Puedes consultar a tu instructor dentro del grupo privado y recibir ayuda de forma inmediata.
